This combination is perfect for those seeking a deeply restorative experience.

Traditional acupuncture sessions are with Theresa Moodie. They are tailored to meet specific needs, concerns and restore overall balance in the physical, emotional and mental bodies.
Acudetox | 30min | R 450 (NADA protocol)
A simple yet effective acupuncture protocol that involves 5 very small needles placed in a specific area on the ear to help reduce stress, manage addictions and promote mental clarity. Treatment is with Theresa Moodie.

Craniosacral Only | 60min | R 750
Craniosacral therapy sessions can be booked with resident physiotherapist and craniotomy-sacral therapist, Lindsay Harris. It is a gentle, non-invasive treatment that works to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system and brings balance within the body’s different network of integrated systems.

About Theresa Moodie: Theresa Moodie is a Johannesburg-based 500-level yoga teacher and lecturer with a special interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine, more specifically combining the practice of Yin yoga with acupuncture stimulation. Apart from being aligned with Yoga Alliance International and Shakti Yoga, Theresa has qualifications in Acupuncture and Biomedical Sciences (specialising in Anatomy, Physiology & Pathology) through the Athens College of East Asian Medicine. About Lindsay Harris: Lindsay qualified as a physiotherapist in 2000 and went on to complete her Master’s degree in Sports Physiotherapy shortly after that. Lindsay sees the body as a whole, not focusing on the painful and dysfunctional areas, but the actual cause of these presenting symptoms.
