Methodology

In this shared sound bath, up to eight guests share a group sound experience, focusing on breath, gentle movement and a unique sound bath, led by the rhythm of the gong.

The more relaxed we are in body and mind, the more able we are to feel connected to ourselves, connected to others, and connected to a sense of meaning and purpose.

Shared experiences allow for like-minded groups, families or teams to find stillness together.

Sound therapy has been used experimentally as a treatment for certain chronic pain conditions. We recommend seeing if a blend of sound and massage is a healing combination for you.
