A trained therapist uses CST to support the body’s nervous system, working with everything from rehabilitation, injury and pain, to burnout, fatigue and anxiety.
Sports Physiotherapist at Hanya House, Lindsay Harris, explains more in this video.
About Lindsay Harris: Lindsay qualified as a physiotherapist in 2000 and went on to complete her Master’s degree in Sports Physiotherapy shortly after that. Lindsay sees the body as a whole, not focusing on the painful and dysfunctional areas, but the actual cause of these presenting symptoms. This holistic approach has led to her training as a mindfulness coach, yoga instructor and cranio-sacral therapist. You can follow Lindsay on Instagram here.
